He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard H. Vetters and Marguerite Vetters (Jones); and his sister Betty McCann (Clifford McCann). He is survived by : his wife Ruth K. Vetters; his daughters, Cynthia C. Vetters, Ramona L. Smith (David Smith) and Stacy E. Vetters; his grandchildren, Miranda I. Vetters-Gierman (Chance Gierman), Andrew W. Smith (Claire Smith), Camille E. Smith and Garath A. Vetters; and his siblings, Richard Vetters (Anne) and Susie Erskine (Robert).
