He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Jean Zahn (Ruth Helpert West); his brother Tim Zahn; and his grandparents, Frank, Nedra West, Jacob and Gertrude Zahn.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa West; his children, Caleb West and Madison West; his father James Carroll West; his siblings, Cobin West and Cydne Reynolds (Bob); his siblings' children, Zach, Connor and Hubba; his sister Carla West; his nephews, Calvin and Matt Barker; his sister Cathy Borden (Nathan); his siblings' children, Haden, Hannah and Peyton; his sister Christy Griffith (Doug); his siblings' children, Shelby and Bryce; his in-laws, Bill Arnold (Karen) and Carolyn Bonikowski (Frank); his sisters-in-law, Denise Arnold and Denae Litman (Andy); and his niece Olivia Ryman. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (312 W King Ave, Kingsville, TX 78363).
