He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Rankin and Loretta Maria Troppy Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rankin (Albright); his cousins, Tommy Goode (Jane), Cole Buckalew of Kingsville, Lou Ann Smith (Buckalew) of Hitchcock, TX, Russel Schwirtlich (Tiffani), Wyatt, Caroline of Bay City, TX and Brooke Schwirtlich of Splendora, TX; and his close friends, Forrest Hannon and Jason Hall.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gertrude's Catholic Church (690 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H1G5).
