He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Tabb and Kathryn Tabb; his brother Robert Tabb; and his brother-in-law Gary Holmes. He is survived by: his son Robert Garrett; his grandson Brody Garrett; his siblings, Beverly, Cassandra, Connie, Rodney and Evelyn; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
