He is survived by: his mother Tammy Renfrow (Steve); his grandfather James Hicks; his wife Jessica; his children, Addisynn Jade, Patrick James and Olivia Grace; his siblings, Krystle Dulin and Ryan Renfrow; his stepbrother Derek Lovely; his sister Blair Hawley; and his grandmother Billie Hicks. He is also survived by many extended family members including uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
