He was predeceased by : his parents, Bonnie Fochtman and Richard Fochtman; and his brother Richard. He is survived by : his wife Donna Armstrong; his children, Lindsey, Jason (Sarah), Krystal (Thomas) and Joseph; his granddaughters, Emma, Julia and Abigail; and his brothers, David Fochtman and Mike Fochtman.
