It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Ernest Foster (Kingwood, Texas), born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Marsden Foster and Gladys Christine Ewton Foster; his daughter Judith Foster Wallace; and his brother Alfred Foster. He is survived by : his wife Sondra; his children, Steven G. Foster, Larry Foster, Ernest Myles Foster and Deborah Foster-Spake; his grandchildren, Kelly Westover and Steve Gray; his brothers, Ron (Marsha Moore) and Warren (Dorene Mather); and his caregivers, Angie Teague, Natalie and Meghan.
