He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weaver and Evia White Weaver; and his siblings, Shirley Ruth Martin, John D. Weaver, Charles J. Weaver, Joe A. Weaver and Morris K. Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Weaver (Crystal) of DeQuincy, Liz Van Cleve (Tim) of Kingwood, TX, Cassie Weaver of Kingwood, TX and Greg Weaver (Delaine) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Tyler Weaver, Hollie Weaver Ellender, Gabe Johnston, Grant Weaver, Aaron Van Cleve, Jeff Van Cleve, Lauren Van Cleve and Juliana Van Cleve; and his brother Louis E. Weaver. He is also survived by Ten great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
