She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Cline DuBose and Ila Mae Liscomb DuBose; her husbands, Dr. Eldon Maurice Draper and Samuel Thielepape; her son Maurice Mark Draper; and her siblings, Laura Ann Chadwell, Mary Evelyn Milsaps, Dorothy Dupree, Ester Mae Thien and Thomas "TJ" DuBose, Sr..

She is survived by : her children, Linda Gayle Draper Jones (Robert) of Springfield, Virginia, Michael Clyde Draper (Karla) of Crosby and Gary Pau Draper of Spring, Texas; her grandchildren, Renee Domangue of Houma, LA, Bridgitte Draper of Panama City, Page Draper of Austin, Donovan Jones of Springfield and Faith Jones of Springfield, Virginia; her great grandchildren, Randy Domangue of Houma, LA, Emma Domangue of Houma, LA and Austin Draper of Panama City; her sister Joyce Mangum of Houma, LA.; and her siblings-in-law, Annita and Kenneth Ready of Carson City, NV..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stringer and Griffin Funeral Home (2577 N Wheeler St, Jasper, TX 75951). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (1000 N Main St, Jasper, TX 75951).
