She is survived by : her son Jason Atkins (Nicole); her grandchildren, Hailey, Natale Atkins, Dylan and Brady Atkins; her son Justin Atkins (Alissa); her grandchild Caiden; her daughters, Hailey and Natalie Atkins; and her siblings, Annette Vecchio and Melvin Holtman.
