He was predeceased by: his father Francisco (Incarnation Laguna); his siblings, Donecia Laguna, Antonio Laguna and Ernestina Alfaro; and his stepsons, Bill Holley and Kenneth Holley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Laguna of Kirbyville; his daughters, Tania Webb (Tim) of Mauriceville and Leslie Laguna-Rodgers of Mauriceville; his stepchildren, Desiree Holley of Rayburn Country and Dr. Everett Holley (Lauren) of Tyler; his grandchildren, Courtney Webb, Jacob Webb, Dax Rodgers and Lanie Rodgers; his stepgrandchildren, Derek Causey, William Holley (Meiru Shua), Chris Holley, Ava Holley and Aiden Holley; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Isabella Holley and Reina Holley.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Adams E. E. Stringer Funeral Home - Kirbyville (111 S Margaret Ave, Kirbyville, TX 75956).
