He is survived by : his wife Lula Bell Pack of Knox City; his daughter Pamela Pack of Lubbock; his niece Patti Lain Currie of Abilene; and his nephews, Aaron Lewis (Julie) of Burkburnett and Brandon Lewis of Knox City.
