He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Mangis, Sr. and Mary Mangis, Sr. (Cooper); his sister Marie Rushing; and his niece Judy Clifton. He is survived by : his former life partner Aletta Lavoris (Large); his wife Leta L. Mangis of Knox City; his children, Sherry L. Jackson (Sammy) of Bridgeport and Tommy O. Mangis of Knox City; his grandchildren, Wesley A. Jackson (Jamie) of Ft. Worth, Sherrill A. Hong (Kenny) of Bridgeport and Shannon M. Brown (Chad) of Snyder; his great grandchildren, Wyatt of Kenzie, K. J., Aedyn, Maeci and Madi; his nephew Jimmy Rushing (Victoria) of Houston; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexandra, Madison and James.
