He is survived by: his children, Cindy Newland (Thomas) of Silsbee, Will Boyett (Angela) of Kountze and Lynn Bellard of Kountze; his daughter-in-law Lynda Boyett of Corpus Christi; his grandchildren, Cody Newland (Victoria) of Colmesneil, Logan Newland (Meagan) of Silsbee, Cameron Newland (Mason Abernathy) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Terry Boyett of Kountze and Katie Boyett of Kountze; his great grandchildren, Arleen Newland, Elaine Newland and Hazel Newland; and his siblings, David Boyett (Ann) of Kountze and Troyce Boyett (Bonnie) of Kountze.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family and Friends Broussard's Mortuary (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Broussard's (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at the Holland Cemetery-Kountze (5523 Holland Cemetery Rd, Kountze, TX 77625).
