She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesus Olivarez and Dora Olivarez; her husband Joseph Cole; her daughter Irma Carbajal; and her siblings, Timoteo Olivarez and Estella Arjona.

She is survived by : her children, Maria Gonzalez of Lubbock, Rosa Speed of Lubbock, Texas and Jose Francisco Casas of Seagraves; and her siblings, Jose Arnuldo Olivarez of Waka, Joel Olivarez of Spearman, Noel Olivarez of Spearman, Texas and Gloria Alicia Sanchez of Marrietta, Oklahoma. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, fourty nine great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
