It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Bridges of Krugerville, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jackie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jackie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B. Bridges and Lela Irene Bridges; and his brother Ralph Bridges. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bridges; his sons, Stacy and Shane; and his grandsons, Benjamin and Matthew.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the DeBerry Funeral Directors (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201).
