With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Juan L. Gonzales of La Coste, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Juan left this world on October 28, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio E. Gonzales and Eudelia Lira Gonzales; and his siblings, Antonio "Tony" Gonzales, Jr., Ignacio Gonzales, Manuel Gonzales, Rudolfo Gonzales, Victor Gonzales, Jose Gonzales and Elida Ybarra.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Gonzales of La Coste; his children, Lillian Flores (Juan) of San Antonio, Jeanette Felan (Joe) of San Antonio, John Gonzales (Melissa) of San Antonio and Thomas Gonzales (Nora) of Edinburg; his grandchildren, Calista Gonzales, Draven Gonzales (Savannah), Jalynn Felan, Juleah Felan and Logan Gonzales; his great grandchildren, Paisley Gonzales and Morgan Gonzales; and his siblings, Arturo Gonzales (Debbie), Alamar Duncan (Jesse), Lucy Mascorro (Lico), Robert Gonzales (Annette) and Sylvia Gonzales.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home (1016 Lorenzo St, Castroville, TX 78009). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (15825 Bexar St, Lacoste, TX 78009).
Memorials may be made in Juan's memory to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church or to the charity of your choice.
