He was predeceased by: his father Noe Moraida Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lou Moraida; his children, Gina Lorraine and Noe IV (Shiann); his grandson Xavier; his mother Angelica O. Moraida; his sister Lisa Chapa (Albert); his siblings-in-law, Jesus, Delores Portillo and Jose Miranda; and his in-laws, Narciso S. Portillo Jr. and Maria M. Portillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Heavenly Grace Funeral Home (26873 White Ranch Rd, La Feria, TX 78559). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (502 S Canal St, La Feria, TX 78559). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park (14166 US-83 BUS, La Feria, TX 78559).
He actively participated in local school committees such as the Band Booster Club, School Health Advisory Council, and the Education Foundation Board.
