She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Zbranek and Justina Christina Chovanec Zbranek. She is survived by: her children, Duane Bartek of La Grange, Michael Bartek, La Grange and Brigette Bertsch; her grandsons, Dillon Bartek, Ryan Bertsch (Sydney), Connor Bertsch and Derek Bertsch; her sister Delores Wood (Donald); and her sibling's children, Gail Cain (Brandon), Jill Jacobson (Randy) and Edward Faldyn.

Memorial donations may be made to the Gardenia Janssen Animal Shelter in La Grange, the American Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice.
