He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell Bailey and Una Lorene Bailey; his stepmother Celeste Bailey; and his sister Dorothy Farrar. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Dianne Bailey; his daughters, Dori Bailey Schreiner (Robert) and Cari Bailey McGowan (Freddy); his brother Max Bailey; his half-sisters, Vanessa Parker (Matt) and Carolyn Gil; his grandchildren, Sarah Schreiner Block (Jake), Preston McGowan and Allen Schreiner; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Block, Juniper Knupple-Schreiner and Samuel Block.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pasadena Funeral Chapel (2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery (8501 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505). A committal service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
