He is survived by: his children, Debra, Lloyd Perkins, Larry, Suzanna Allen, Mark and Angie Allen; his grandchildren, Chris, Amy Perkins, Brian, Meesh Perkins, Jeffrey Allen (Sabrina Powell-Dampier), Kristen Allen, Franklin Parra, Aleona Radionova, Gustavo Parra, Adriana Guerrero, Joanna Parra and Luigi Hernandez; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Perkins, Carter Perkins, Elliot Perkins, Edie Perkins, Eleanor Perkins, Brenden Allen, Peyton Herod, Cannon Allen, Maximo Hernandez and Olivia Parra. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, his many church friends.
