She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquin Morales and Carmen Morales; her siblings, Gilbert Morales and Ernestina Morales; her son Peter Gonzales Jr.; her son-in-law Arturo Vega; and her grandchild Ariana Vega.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Vega and Mark Gonzales (Sandra); her grandchildren, David Vega and Meghan White (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Adelaina, Isabella, Raelyn and Arthur. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (14151 U. S. Hwy 87 W, La Vernia, TX 78121). A rosary will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery-LaVernia Fm (14151 U. S. Hwy 87 W, La Vernia, TX 78121).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Ann's Church or Cemetery in Carmen's memory.
