He was predeceased by: his father Jack Hoofard; his wife Krissie; his sister Gina; and his aunt Barbara Lindsey. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Hoofard; his daughters, Alyssa Jett and Kayla Davenport; his brother Glen Hoofard; and his stepbrothers, Randy Hoofard and Gary Hoofard. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters; 3 grandsons, 1 great granddaughter as well as numerous other family and friends.
