It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Schroeder (La Vernia, Texas), who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Schroeder and Ada Marie Schroeder; his former wife La Verne Schroeder; and his brother Donald Schroeder. He is survived by: his wife Billi L. Schroeder; his children, Winnie Mauch (Ronny), Paul Schroeder (Roxanne), Wayne Schroeder, Perry Schroeder (Gail), Patti Jones (Tommy), Shane Zipp (Tyler) and Krista Cabello (Alfredo); his grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Kimberli, Jeoffrey, Stefanie, Derek, Taylor, Dillon, Brooks, Rowen, Kasie, Mikayla, Amberley, James, Zhane, Sammy, Kira, Niya, Ean, Preston, Eddie, Zenaya, Olivia, Jonathan, Presley, Freddy, Tristan, Skylar, Taylar, Malana and Christopher; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Baldwin, Caralyn Grunn, Dana Driggers, Ella Ray Schroeder, Dawn Dixon West and Randy Dixon. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (310 Seguin Rd, La Vernia, TX 78121).
