He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moreland and Betty Gay Blankenship; his uncle Jimmy "Unc" Smith; his granddaughter Gracie Leota Leann Moreland; and his niece Tammy Clayton.
He is survived by: his children, Ceslie Warner of Ladonia, TX, Mathew Moreland (Anna Moreland) of Sulphur Springs, TX and Lucas Moreland of Ladonia, TX.; his grandsons, Grayson Mathew Earl Moreland and Jason Allen Moreland of Sulphur Springs, TX.; his siblings, Jan Clayton, Cindi Wies, Jeff Moreland and Dallas Blankenship; and his siblings' children, Kevin Putman, Kurtis Putman, Laurie Head, Jamie Clayton, Brandi James, Tiffany Moreland, Payton Moreland, Chaney Moreland, Jessica Abrams, Katie Richey and Brannon Blankenship.
