He was predeceased by : his father Vernon E. Bailey; and his grandparents, Robert, Mary Bailey, Isabel and Gilbert Olson.

He is survived by : his significant other Andrea Lynn Gass; his sons, Lucas Robert Bailey and Evan Matthew Bailey; his mother Alma G. Bailey (Olson); his siblings, Barbara (Mike Mikulicz), Lori Bailey (Lisa Tomaselli) and David Bailey (Chris Jarl); and his niece Carla Curtis (Duane Curtis). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
