He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Lowenstein and Elenore Schroeder Lowenstein; his brother Gilbert; his former life partner Beverly; and his son Bobby.

He is survived by : his wife Victoria; his stepgrandson Andrew; his children, Bill, Betty, Becky and Barry; and his stepchildren, Walter, Carrie and Nancy. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
