He is survived by: his father Samuel Joseph Provenzano; his wife Linda Provenzano; his children, Steven George Provenzano, Jason Gene John Provenzano and Ashley Christine Provenzano; his stepchildren, Jamie Renee'Cruz, James Robert Woods IV and Jeffrey Ryan Woods; his grandchildren, Ricky Navarro, Jacob Provenzano, Owen Provenzano, Andruw Cruz, James Woods V, Jeremiah Woods, Angellique Provenzano, Kierstyn Almeida, Lillyan Cruz, Alisha Woods and Alexus Woods; his great grandchildren, Trey Almeida, Benny Almeida and Kamryn Almeida; his mother Annette Provenzano; and his siblings, George Provenzano, Carolyn Frericks, David Sireka, Barbara Clark, Tina Becker, Anna Seranana, Leah Thompson and Sami Gallegos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
