He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mason Tonkin and Marie Tonkin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stauffer; his sons, Thomas (Michelle) and Derek (Julia); his grandchildren, Bryce, Brandt, Bella, Taylor and Paul; his siblings, Tom and Karen Hoppe (Mike); and his brother-in-law Curtis Stauffer (Cheryl). He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
