It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Libby Scherdin of Lake Jackson, Texas, born in Freeport, Texas, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Jimmie Scherdin; and her siblings, Lee Moore, Emma Perry, Anna Laura Johns and Velma Moore.

She is survived by : her son Scherdin, Jr. (Cathy); her grandchildren, Kevin and Russell; and her great grandchildren, Sladen, Jenna and Priscilla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
