It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Mobley Jr. of Lake Jackson, Texas, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Mobley and Bethel Mobley; his son Lance; and his brothers, Jack, Lavalle, Bill, Don, Glenn and Dick.

He is survived by: his wife Shary; his daughter Lori; his grandchildren, Ryan (Masha), Samantha and Macy; his siblings, Ed, Larry, Elva, Helen and Jane; and his daughter-in-law Kelley.
