He was predeceased by: his stepfather Randy Bunch; and his cousins, Cody Nichols, Gil Allen Co and Rene Vargas. He is survived by: his parents, Dawna Perkins and Todd Perkins; his children, Rylea, Jace and Emma Perkins; his grandparents, Henrietta, Ruben Gonzalez, Mike, Lily Milstead, Gene and Margo Perkins; his siblings, Christopher (Stephanie Perkins) and Kaylea Arnold; his aunt Michelle Nichols; his uncle Michael Milstead (Brian Milstead); and his cousin Kimberly Milstead. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
