He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Fairchild and Lillian Fairchild; his brothers, Mark and Roy Fairchild; and his daughter-in-law Virginia Wear.

He is survived by : his wife Katy Fairchild (Katy); and his children, Kyle Wear and DeeDee Mesa. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
