It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosita M. Mendoza of Lamesa, Texas, born in Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Jose Lopez Mendoza; and her siblings, Ramiro Munoz, Carlos Munoz and Imelda Morgan. She is survived by : her son Jose Mendoza, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Michelle Mendoza of Lamesa, TX.; her granddaughter Savannah Rose Mendoza of Ironwood, Michigan; her stepgrandchildren, Xena Contreras of Welch, TX., John Contreras of Lamesa, TX., Aaron Contreras of Lamesa, TX. and Justin Contreras of Welch, TX.; and her sisters, Frances Rodriguez of Alice, TX. and Virginia Garza of Alice, TX.. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
