She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Adams and Ivy Hardage Adams (Johnny); and her brother Jerry Adams. She is survived by: her son Jim Spivey (Laurie); her husband James Spivey; her granddaughter Allie (Dakota Falcon); and her great grandchild Taos Falcon.
