It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Rivera (Lampasas, Texas), who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Santos R. Moreno and Rebeca H. Moreno; her husband Roy Rivera; her siblings, Mary Rendon and Johnny Moreno; her children, Danny Chapa, Alfonzo Chapa and Victoria Emmett; her sisters, Mary Ann Aldrich, Rosie Perez, Becky Gonzales, Helen Infante, Judy Ramos, Lily Gomez and Carol Nunez; and her grandchildren, Melanie, Eric, Julian, Nicole Chapa, Sasha Centeno and Si Mon Cecilia Emmett. She was also cherished by spouses, children, and a host of cousins.
