He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Henry and Cordia Mae Mason Boyce; his wife Juanna Lou Robinson; his siblings, Levelle Boyce Williams (Herbert), Rachel Boyce Krodle (Pete) and Lloyd Boyce (Dickie); his grandson Charlie Boyce III (Chase); and his son-in-law Steve Whicker.
He is survived by: his children, Luanne Boyce of Lampasas, Charlynn Boyce Whicker of Richardson, Charlie Boyce, Jr. (Penny) of Lampasas and Jeannell Boyce Johnson (Les) of Cozumel, Mexico; and his grandchildren, Tanya Johnson of Fort Worth, Alexie Boyce Kibbe (Brian) of Osteen, Adam Johnson of Bogata and Tera Boyce Hall (Doug) of Bedias, Texas. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
