He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Rogers and Ivera Rogers (Williams); his grandparents, William, Nora Rogers (Scott) and Vessie Williams (Fry); and his siblings, Roger Herman, William Royce "Bill", Shirley Clarice, Ashabranner, Patricia Gay Arburthnot, Karen Sue Powell and Cynthia Louise Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Tong Ye of Lampasas; his brother Mike Rogers (Charmane) of Llano, TX; his children, Nicole Wiebe (Bryan) of Colorado City, TX, Tracy Puda (Jake) of Lampasas, TX, Troy Rogers (Zoey) of Lampasas, TX and Kevin Rogers (Molly) of Katy, TX.; his grandchildren, Shae Wiebe, Dylan Wiebe (Meagan), Brandon Scott, Sydney Johnson (Eric Paredes), Austin Puda, Kate Rogers and Jack Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Randy, Ariel, James, Delaney and Amelia Wiebe. He is also survived by his children, friends and nephews.
