He is survived by: his former wife Irene Francis Bailey Chambers; his wife Gayle Chambers; his children, Johnny Chambers (Valarie), Ed Hulsey, Glen Hulsey (Lynda), Donnie Chambers, Sue Anderson and Sandra Hulsey; his grandchildren, Bailey, Wade, Stacy, Brian, Mary, Richard, Eddie, Melissa, Michael, Donnie, Trinity and John; and his siblings, Rena Faye and Hubert (Hughlane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
