He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Monika Fitzpatrick; his stepmother Joyce Fitzpatrick; his sons, Joshua Russell and Thomas Leroy Fitzpatrick II; his stepson Peer Daniel Meissner; his father Charles Fitzpatrick, Sr. (Geri); his siblings, Charles Fitzpatrick Jr. (Carol) and Cindy Paine; his grandchildren, Jordyn Russell and Jason Russell; and his great grandchild Violet. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
