He is survived by: his wife Judith Ybarra; his sons, Joseph Ybarra (Tracy), Michael Ybarra and Christopher Ybarra, Sr.; his sisters, Rosemary Jasso and Frances Magley (Roger); his grandchildren, Joseph A. Ybarra, Caleb A. Ybarra (Alanis), Levi A. Ybarra, Brittany D. Ybarra, Tiffany Marie Cabrera-Ybarra, Christopher Ybarra, Jr., Anna Ybarra, Olivia Ybarra and Yasmine Ybarra; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine R. Corona and Landon A. Ybarra.
