He was predeceased by: his daughter Meme Starling. He is survived by: his parents, Ben Mallard, Jr. and Ruby Lee Jackson; his wife Sheneka Wheeler Mallard; his children, Krissy Mallard, Donnell Mallard, Kenneth Carter, Malachi Mallard and Christine Mallard; and his siblings, Joyce Willis, Charlie Mallard, Charles Ray Mallard, Vernia Carter and Brenda George. He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
