She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelina Rodriguez and Valeriano Medina; her son Ricardo Montemayor Jr.; and her siblings, Jesus Medina, Ventura Medina, Antonio Medina (Graciela), Severiano Medina (Guadalupe), Constancia Flores (Vicente) and Maria Perales (Bonifacio).
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Perusquia (Ernesto), Gerardo Montemayor (Consuelo) and Jesus Montemayor (Linda); her sister Juana Medina; her sisters-in-law, Hortencia Medina and Magalena Medina; her grandchildren, Tania Recio (Raul), Nadia Perusquia, Jesus Montemayor Jr. (Kaylee), Alex Montemayor, Julissa Montemayor, Elva Natali Montemayor, Gerardo Montemayor Jr. (Isaura), Ricardo Montemayor (Alexia) and Vivian Montemayor; and her great grandchildren, Jaden Recio, Adele Recio, Lia Recio, Luna Recio, Cesar Montemayor and Carson Montemayor.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the San Luis Rey Catholic Church (3501 Sanders Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
