He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Salinas and Francisca Salinas. He is survived by: his wife Celia Salinas; his sons, Hector Salinas and Agustin Salinas Reyes; his siblings, Alfonso Salinas Vallejo, Eluterio Salinas Vallejo, Francisca Salazar, Petra Salinas, Hermila Salinas and Paula Salinas; his children, Maria Antonia Vivian (Moises), Celia Ciprianes (Roberto), Raquel Villasana (Miguel), Elizabeth Flores (Arturo) and Jose Alejandro Salinas; and his sister Amalia Salinas Vallejo. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
