He was predeceased by: his wife Eulalia Hinojosa; his son Juan; and his parents, Jesus Hinojosa and Maria Luisa Hinojosa. He is survived by: his children, Alfonso Hinojosa Jr. and Leticia; his sister Lidia Saavedra (Jose); and his sibling's children, Sergio Saavedra, Norma Postell (Chris), Mary Lou Juarez (Roel), Jose Javier Saavedra (Yolanda) and Gerardo Saavedra (Ali). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the family kindly asks all those wishing to express their condolences in person to maintain social distancing orders, all necessary restrictions will be observed in order to protect the health and safety of those in attendance.
