He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Perez; his parents, Agapito Perez and María (Refugio Vichareli); and his siblings, José Reynaldo, Consuelo, Ramiro, Jesús and Salvador.
He is survived by: his children, Juanita Medina, Amador Perez (Irma), Diana Perez, Ernesto A. Perez (Araceli), Rosalinda, Rubén Perez (Teresa) and Ricardo Perez; his grandchildren, Anabelle, Alejandro, Christian, Melissa, Laura, Ricardo, Ernesto Jr., Linda, Sergio, Greg Jr., Rubén Jr., Samantha, Anthony, Sarai and Lianna; and his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Penelope, Miles, Raphael, Zarah, Jacob, Matthew, Luke and Annamaria. He is also survived by the love of his life & mother of his children for 60 years, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
