He is survived by: his wife Maria Magdalena; his sons, Edmundo Lopez III (Elizabeth) and Jose Luis Lopez (San Juana T.); his siblings, Nelly Laurencelle (Tom), Miriam Fernandez (Antonio), Leonor Benavides (Ramon), Manuel Lopez (Sandra) and Mario Lopez (Leyla); his sisters-in-law, Consuelo Lopez and Nora Carmen Lopez; and his grandchildren, Edmundo Lopez IV (Carolina Barron), Manoella E. Rodriguez (Ricardo), Edmundo Lopez V, Olivia Lopez, Evelyn Lopez, Sophia Maldonado, Madelyn E. Lopez, Rainey Rodriguez and Darla A. Lopez.
