With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Enriqueta Martinez of Laredo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everardo Garza and Rebeca G. Garza; her husband Adolfo Martinez Sr.; her grandson Justin A. Martinez; and her brothers, Everardo Garza Jr. and Francisco Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Alma Veronica Martinez and Adolfo Martinez Jr. (Clarissa); her grandchildren, Karina Martinez, Adolfo Martinez III and Antonio Martinez; her great grandchild Kaitlyn A. Torres; and her siblings, Carolina Perez, Yolanda Garza, Modesto Garza and Enrique Garza. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Northside Chapels (800 Boston St, Laredo, TX 78041). A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Begin Departing the Funeral Home (4519 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1718 San Jorge Ave, Laredo, TX 78040).
