He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Navarro; his children, Rebecca Celeste Gutierrez, Ernesto "Trey" Angel Gutierrez III and Alejandra Kristelle Gumbs (Keshawn); his mother Maime Gutierrez; his siblings, David Gutierrez, Marcos Gutierrez and Maime Gutierrez; and his stepchildren, Merissa Yanez, Miranda Yanes, Jasmine Yanes and Michael Navarro.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillside Funerals & Cremations (310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, TX 78041).
