He is survived by: his children, Raul Garcia, Rodolfo Garcia, Francisco Garcia Jr., Yolanda Moya, Elvia Muñoz and Bertha Garcia; and his siblings, Genoveva Carrera of Flores, Marcelino Carrera, Graciela Carrera and Alicia Rosalinda Moncada. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
